When completing online forms, many of us want to save copies – whether in email, on a USB, or as printed documents. But is this necessary for your NBI Clearance application?
Actually, your NBI Clearance application automatically saves in the NBI’s database. You can always access it by logging into your account using the email and password you registered with. However, if you need a physical or digital copy for your records, follow these simple steps:
How to Save Your NBI Clearance Application Form
- Log in to the NBI Clearance portal using your registered email and password

Navigate to the “Transactions” menu on the side panel

Select your previous transaction and click “Details”

Choose “Print Application Form” to open a new browser tab

Click the green print icon in the upper corner

In the print dialog, select “Save as PDF”

Choose your save location (USB, email, etc.)
That’s it! You now have a saved PDF copy of your application. Remember, while saving a copy is optional, it can be helpful for your personal records.
