Next, pick a payment method. You can pay the processing fee through local online banking apps, digital wallets like GCash, or designated over-the-counter payment centers. Once your payment goes through, the system will generate a unique reference number. Keep a copy of this number, as it serves as your official appointment ticket.

Step 3: Prepare Your Required Documents

Foreign nationals must provide distinct documents to prove their identity and legal status in the Philippines. Gather these physical items before your scheduled appointment:

  • Original Passport: Bring your current, valid passport showing your active visa and entry stamps.
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I-Card): If you have stayed in the country for more than 59 days, the Bureau of Immigration requires you to hold an ACR I-Card. Bring the original card with you.
